RI Division of Statewide Planning (RIDSP) calculated the total population for People of Color by doing the following: Total Population - White alone, note Hispanic or Latino = Total people of Color. RIDSP also calculated the Percent of the Population People of Color by doing the following: (Total population people of color / total population) x 100.<\/SPAN><\/P>
